All pills come with information and if aside effect is sore throat maybe these diet pills won’t help either.

Yes it could. I have taken this before and had great success but it does dehydrate you so if you haven’t been drinking alot of water it will give you a sore throat. That said, since you are eating less and have had health issues in the past when taking diet pills I would make sure to supplement my diet with vitamins both multi and omega-3 type since it’s likely that you are no longer consuming the amount your body is used to and don’t forget the water even if you are not thirsty.

it is possible Phertermine causes dry mouth. try increasing your water intake and see if that helps

Try Jacked3d you can get it at GNC. It works great. It will make you jittery but it kills your appetite and gives you a lot of energy. I take it now instead of drinking 5 cups of Coffee a day.

all u need is fish oil, cla, flaxeed oil, caffeine.. green tea.. thats it… nothing else.. or take vectron protein… and drink it… targets fat loss

Try going to a different Doctor. The only way to garuntee what you are getting when it comes to perscription meds is to get them legally though a liscensed health care professional.

I used the generic tablets and lost 100lbs in 4 months… they work.
The 1st couple of days you will feel very jittery, but if you go on the treadmill for 30 minutes to an hour, the jittery feeling subsides and you will just feel very energized.

I was 170 pounds last month. Walking 30 min everyday and by following this diet I have lost 11 pounds within 17 days I am now 159 lbs.Breakfast
• 1 cup of boiled veg
• 1 apple
• 1 cup of tea without milk and sugar

Lunch
• 1 cup of rice
• 2 pieces of fish/chicken
• 1 cup of vegetable boiled
• 2/3 pieces of baked eggplant
• 2 cucumbers

Snack
• 1 apple and 1 orange

Dinner (Must within 7pm)

• 2 pieces of fish/chicken
• 1½ cup of vegetable boiled
• 1½ cup of vegetable salad
• 1 cup of non-fat yogurt

NO solid food after 7pm. If you feel hungry at night drink a glass of skim milk. Drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday. AVOID fat, sugar, extra salt. Use very small amount of salt and oil in your food. REMEMBER salt more than 1 tea-spoon a day makes us fat, and tends to critical health diseases.

Whenever you feel hungry eat cucumber. Do not over-eat any kind of fruits.
