Try going to a different Doctor. The only way to garuntee what you are getting when it comes to perscription meds is to get them legally though a liscensed health care professional.

I used the generic tablets and lost 100lbs in 4 months… they work.
The 1st couple of days you will feel very jittery, but if you go on the treadmill for 30 minutes to an hour, the jittery feeling subsides and you will just feel very energized.

I was 170 pounds last month. Walking 30 min everyday and by following this diet I have lost 11 pounds within 17 days I am now 159 lbs.Breakfast
• 1 cup of boiled veg
• 1 apple
• 1 cup of tea without milk and sugar

Lunch
• 1 cup of rice
• 2 pieces of fish/chicken
• 1 cup of vegetable boiled
• 2/3 pieces of baked eggplant
• 2 cucumbers

Snack
• 1 apple and 1 orange

Dinner (Must within 7pm)

• 2 pieces of fish/chicken
• 1½ cup of vegetable boiled
• 1½ cup of vegetable salad
• 1 cup of non-fat yogurt

NO solid food after 7pm. If you feel hungry at night drink a glass of skim milk. Drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday. AVOID fat, sugar, extra salt. Use very small amount of salt and oil in your food. REMEMBER salt more than 1 tea-spoon a day makes us fat, and tends to critical health diseases.

Whenever you feel hungry eat cucumber. Do not over-eat any kind of fruits.

Dont buy anything that isnt spelled exactly like "phentermine". They sucker people into buying garbage buy making a bunk product that looks like it is the same spelling as phen.
It is hard to find a reputable online source for Phen these days although they are out there with a enough research. I had looked around and found one that I used successfully to get some viagra and phen.

Expensive and unreliable, no guarantee the product is what they claim it is.

Side effects can include…
Insomnia # Hypertension# Irritability# Nervousness# Euphoria# Dry mouth# Unpleasant taste# Blurred Vision# Heartburn/Acid reflux# Changes in libido
# Clumsiness# Confusion# Diarrhoea# Dizziness# Headache# Arrhythmia

A sensible eating plan and taking exercise has none of the above and works much better – re educate your palate.

It’s my understanding that you can still buy it but it costs about three times more than if you were to just go to the doctor. I don’t know if it is even legit phentermine though, a lot of sites don’t carry the real thing anymore.

These products are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see. Many of the sites are scams and many people have lost a lot of money with the so called "free trials".

All you need is a good healthy diet – lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation
