is it safe to take ionamin to ruduce weight? and can you give me other slimming pills that is effective?
Be sensible and get into the daily routine of exercising and watching what & when you eat. I lost 20 kilos without going to the gym or resorting to cheap dietory gimmicks.Walk every morning and watch what you eat- it should do the trick!
