I don’t want to sound like every other woman out there, but I really need to lose this weight. I had a baby 6 mo. ago and have tried to work out, but I have only lost 40 lbs (which I think is baby weight), I need 30 more lbs to make weight. I heard Phentermine works, but I also heard of so many others, and reviewed these. does anyone else have anything else to add. Please help, real readers only please.
I was 170 pounds last month. Walking 30 min everyday and by following this diet I have lost 11 pounds within 17 days
I am now 159 lbs.Breakfast
• 1 cup of boiled veg
• 1 apple
• 1 cup of tea without milk and sugar
Lunch
• 1 cup of rice
• 2 pieces of fish/chicken
• 1 cup of vegetable boiled
• 2/3 pieces of baked eggplant
• 2 cucumbers
Snack
• 1 apple and 1 orange
Dinner (Must within 7pm)
• 2 pieces of fish/chicken
• 1½ cup of vegetable boiled
• 1½ cup of vegetable salad
• 1 cup of non-fat yogurt
NO solid food after 7pm. If you feel hungry at night drink a glass of skim milk. Drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday. AVOID fat, sugar, extra salt. Use very small amount of salt and oil in your food. REMEMBER salt more than 1 tea-spoon a day makes us fat, and tends to critical health diseases.
Whenever you feel hungry eat cucumber. Do not over-eat any kind of fruits.
