My weight loss progression in pics. I lost 93 lbs in just under 9 months using phentermine, diet, and exercise. All I did was drink nothing but water and watched my calorie intake as far as dieting. For exercise I used a 40 minute home workout DVD that I would do every day at least once, sometimes twice and a stretching DVD that was about 20 mins long that I did every day.
