I recently went to my dr wed to see about getting on phentermine, the generic brand of adipex. In addition to getting the adipex they also gave me some pills called Lipotopics, its suppose to be an appetite suppresent. I know several ppl that had taken adipex before and had no problems with it so I decided to go ahead and try it. They past 3 days that I have been on them I have felt like my blood pressure is dropping weigh too much and I feel dizzy and weak. I’m starting to wonder about these pills called Lipotropics because I don’t know much about them. Can anyone help me please???

Has anyone tried one vs. the other, and found a difference? The first is the brand name, the 2nd the generic. In both cases, I am referring to the 37.5 mg tablet.

I am thinking about taking phentermine to help me lose a few pounds quickly. It is the generic version of Adipex…has anyone taken the phentermine? Does it work the same as Adipex? And yes, I know…exercise is better to do. I am just considering my options.
