Anyone used adipex/phentermine?
Did you know if the tablets or capsules work better? Are generic adipex any good?

I used the generic tablets and lost 100lbs in 4 months… they work.
The 1st couple of days you will feel very jittery, but if you go on the treadmill for 30 minutes to an hour, the jittery feeling subsides and you will just feel very energized.
