I try not to take the pill too early, because then it might start to wear off if I stay up late. But I also don’t take it too late because then I may not be able to sleep. I usually try to consume the pill between 8:30 and 10am. Try to stay away from any form of caffeine as it may end up keeping you awake too late at night. I tried a little coffee on days when I badly wanted a nap, and it majorly upset my stomach. Stay encouraged!
